Customization improvements

The following improvements have been made to the Meridian Enterprise customization (VBScript) features:

• The VBScript Document.ClearRedlines method now deletes the rendition redlines as well as the native file redlines.
• A new property Document.HasRenditionRedlines has been added that can be used to detect the presence of rendition redlines.
• The URL of a document's rendition can now be calculated by appending the text ;rend to the URL of the main document (obtained with the Vault.ComposeURL method, for example).
